Al Hamra Greens is a newly launched residential development set within Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah’s first fully integrated community. The project embraces a design approach rooted in simplicity, calm, and connection to nature. Architecturally, the development is characterized by clean lines, open spaces, and a palette inspired by the natural surroundings—soft whites, warm woods, and earthy tones that blend effortlessly with the landscape. MIMAR’s scope includes the development of the masterplan, landscape, and architectural design, in addition to providing full structural, MEP, and interior design services.
